Moana Bikini offers store credits only. We do not refund or exchange. If you wish to return your product and receive a new item, you will need to return the original item for a store credit (Moana Money, yay!)

HOW TO SEND YOUR RETURN
1. Enter your e-mail address and order number in the fields at the bottom of the page.
2. Select the item(s) you would like to return and include the reason for your return. Once the form is complete, press continue
3. Select the "I will ship myself" option and print off the return form.
4. Place your item(s) back into their original Moana packaging, along with the return form. Head to your local post shop to ship your return items back. Please use the below mailing address:

Once we receive the item(s) back at Moana HQ it may take 1-4 business days to process and receive a store credit via email.


RETURN POLICY
We will happily accept bikinis purchased from www.moanabikini.com in their original, clean and unworn condition with all tags attached for a store credit. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags still attached. Please do not remove the hygiene liner and only try on swimwear over underwear for sanitary reasons.
You have 20 days from the day you purchase your item(s) to qualify for a store credit. Please note: discounted items are not eligible for store credit. All items discounted, purchased on sale or using a promotion code are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.


WHEN WILL I RECEIVE A STORE CREDIT?
Once we receive your returned items, please allow 1-4 business days for your return to be processed and store credit to be issued. You will receive an email notifying you whether your return has been accepted or declined. Moana Bikini reserves the right to refuse the package and/or return the item(s) back to the sender should the merchandise not abide by our returns policy.
If we have accepted your return you will receive two emails. One notifying you that your item(s) qualify and another issuing the store credit equal to the value of the product being returned.


HOW DO I RETURN (PART OF) MY ORDER?
Once you have entered in your email and order number in the fields below it will give you the option to select the exact piece you wish to return.


WILL YOU REFUND MY SHIPPING / DELIVERY COSTS IF I RETURN MY ORDER?
All customers are responsible for postage payments. We will not refund the shipping costs. We will issue a store credit for the complete cost of the returned item. The only instance in which Moana will cover postage costs will be in the event of a faulty or incorrectly posted item.


HOW CAN I MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR GET A REFUND?
Sorry, we do not make exchanges or give refunds. If you would like to exchange something for a different size or style, please return the original item(s) for a store credit and place a new order.


WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PRODUCT ARRIVES FAULTY OR DAMAGED, OR ISN'T WHAT I ORDERED?
If the customer has received an incorrect order or faulty garment, please return the product as per the return instructions. Shipping charges will be refunded (standard shipping only). Please note, if the customer wears their received incorrect order or faulty garment this voids the return. The garment must be unworn, unwashed, unused and all sanitary pads and swing tags attached.

All items that have been reduced in price cannot be returned for a store credit. No exceptions can be made. This includes using discount and promotion codes.
